At the exhibition, Nanbang highlighted the NB-1670A-1 intelligent cutting machine, which doubles efficiency with its dual-head simultaneous cutting technology, capable of cutting 12,000 shoe uppers in 8 hours. The intelligent nesting system reduces material waste by 3%-7%, significantly lowering material costs. The machine supports one-stop operations for cutting, punching, piercing, and marking, ensuring precision and efficiency while saving 50% on electricity. Its large worktable, equipped with four projectors and a visual recognition system, enables precise cutting of both printed fabrics and leathers, handling thick leathers up to 15mm and fluffy materials up to 50mm, with automatic feeding for seamless operation.

Another star attraction was the NB-906-P1 flatbed single-head sample room cutting machine, which occupies only 4 square meters and is compatible with 220V household voltage, offering flexible production line layouts. It supports simultaneous processing for cutting, punching, marking, and drawing, eliminating the need for three process switches and enhancing overall productivity. With remote pattern file downloads, direct transmission of designer drawings, and rapid completion by the intelligent nesting system, efficiency soars.
